SAN JOSE GARDEN CLUB WINS ADOPT A ROSE CONTEST!!!!!

Thanks to member Janet Waagen for entering San Jose Garden Club in the Adopt a Rose competition at Guadalupe Park and Gardens Earth Day event.  We were the winners of the contest sponsored by Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport and our 'Bastei' shrub rose is located in Section N-12-20 at the San Jose Heritage Rose Garden.  An engraved plaque with our club name and email address will be placed in front of the rose for one year.
